Nursing homes (2015)

The elderly should not have to pay for residential care. Many of them worked from an early age and paid their taxes. As a country, with the gut wrenching amount of tax we now pay should support our elderly. We have youngsters who have never worked living in council accomodation with housing benefit paying their rent, yet our elderly struggle to pay for residential care.....what is going on!!!
