A pill will be invented that sends you immediately to sleep for how ever long you require. Pills of diffeent strengths mean you can choose your hours. For example, small pills are 1/2 hour and large pills 1 hour, just take the amount you would like. If anything happens while you are asleep, fire alarm, burglar, phone call etc, you will wake as normal and not be drowsy. Simply re take pills to go straight back off to sleep. There will be no harmful side effects.
I just drop off on cue personally, but many would benefit.

If it really works maybe you should start rebottling and selling as a new product, mind over matter is a great thing.
